amenities and activities for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay memorable. However, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, which was a bit frustrating.

During our stay, the hotel felt overcrowded and poorly maintained. Broken elements in the room, such as outdated furniture and faulty appliances, left a bad impression. Additionally, noise levels from outside were unbearable at times, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

we loved the beautiful premier garden view room and enjoyed the delicious buffet meals, especially breakfast. the staff were incredibly nice and attentive, always eager to help. the tropical spa journey with the creamy king coconut scrub was a unique and refreshing experience.

Overstaffing leads to delays in service, limited beach access and poor sunbed availability!!! The bar's happy hour policy is inconsistent and needs immediate attention!!!

We had a fantastic time hanging out by the meandering lagoon pool and enjoying fun activities like jet skiing. The views were incredible, and the staff made everything seamless, especially when we needed a last-minute birthday cake. The buffet meals offered a ton of variety, including amazing local dishes.

However, the walk to the restaurants in the heat was a bit uncomfortable, and the air conditioning in the main dining area could definitely be better.

I had a delightful stay at this beautiful resort with my family. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Shalindra, who organized amazing trips and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, with a wide variety that catered to all tastes. One note for improvement would be the need for more shaded areas by the pool for senior guests.

My stay in the Premier Garden View Room was good! The fine views complemented the friendly staff and very nice variety of meals. The walk to the beach felt a bit long. A beautiful escape!

I was delighted by the beautiful tropical architecture and serene gardens, which made it easy for me to stroll around the resort without issue. The views from the pools were stunning, providing a perfect escape for relaxation.
